I hate when running errands turns into a panic-attack-inducing obstacle course in dodging male aggression. I’ll be honest: I’ve never heard a guy cat-call a girl. I don’t dispute that the experience is a genuine one — I wouldn’t be reblogging this were that the case — but I’ve just never seen this happen. That has something to do with a) my friends largely aren’t masochistic idiots and b) other masochistic idiots probably prefer some other dude not be around while they’re taking out their repressed agression. Anyway, just a thought. This is one social interaction I’ve yet to witness.
