Nerd wars
I’ll be honest: I do some nerdy ish. I’m increasingly obsessed with baseball and baseball statistics. I have a penchant for elitism. I spend most of my waking hours blogging, which, while not actually a “nerdy” activity per se, can certainly be viewed as such through in the traditional context of nerdom.
But I have never — will never — be able to claim this level of nerdiness in my life. I wouldn’t be able to even if I tried. There’s something reassuring about that.
